Jeannette DiLeo Real Estate Agent in Southwest Florida
Meet Jeannette DiLeo, a real estate agent serving buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners across Southwest Florida. With a background in education and experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Jeannette brings clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and a client-first approach to every transaction. Her goal is to help clients understand their options, make informed decisions, and move forward with a plan that reflects what matters most to them.
About Jeannette DiLeo
Real estate was part of Jeannette’s life long before it became her profession. Originally from New York City, she grew up in a family involved in different areas of real estate and property investment. After earning a master’s degree in teaching, Jeannette moved to Southwest Florida to be closer to her father and build a life and family of her own.
Her background in education continues to shape the way she works today. Teaching taught her how to listen carefully, explain complicated information clearly, and help people feel comfortable asking questions. Real estate gave her an opportunity to combine those skills with a lifelong familiarity with property, investment, and opportunity.
Today, Jeannette is a Southwest Florida real estate professional with Realty ONE Group MVP. With approximately five years of real estate experience, including about three years focused on commercial real estate, she works with residential homes, investment properties, commercial sales and leasing, land, multifamily properties, medical and professional offices, and industrial and flex spaces.
Local Southwest Florida Real Estate Knowledge
Southwest Florida is not one uniform real estate market. A home in Naples can come with very different considerations from a canal property in Cape Coral, a gated community in Estero, or a larger inland property. Location, property type, ownership costs, and long-term plans can all change how a buyer or seller should approach a decision.
As a local real estate agent in Southwest Florida, Jeannette helps clients look beyond the listing photos and asking price. That can mean comparing communities, evaluating property types, identifying questions about association rules or insurance, and coordinating with appropriate professionals when inspections, zoning, financing, or other specialized issues require closer review.
Her experience across residential, commercial, investment, and land transactions gives clients the broader perspective they often look for in a Southwest Florida real estate expert.
Why Work With Jeannette DiLeo?
may be searching for a family home, while another is preparing to sell, relocating to Florida, evaluating an investment, securing space for a business, or considering land for future use. Each situation deserves its own strategy.
Jeannette brings an educator’s clarity and an analytical approach to that process. She explains options in plain language, pays attention to details that could affect a decision, and keeps communication straightforward throughout the transaction.
When a question requires an inspector, lender, attorney, insurance professional, contractor, or another specialist, she helps keep the right conversations moving. Her role is not to pressure clients toward a decision simply to reach closing. It is to help them understand the property, the terms, the opportunities, and the potential challenges before they move forward.
That combination of preparation, responsiveness, and practical guidance defines Jeannette’s approach as a Southwest Florida real estate professional.

More Than the Transaction
For Jeannette, real estate representation is about more than writing an offer or putting a property on the market. These decisions often connect to larger plans—where a family wants to build its future, how an investor wants to grow, or what a business needs from its next location.
That is why she takes time to understand the goal behind the transaction before developing a strategy. She keeps clients informed, follows up on important questions, coordinates with the professionals involved, and helps them stay focused on details that could influence their decision.
Her role combines advocacy, education, and practical guidance. In many ways, her approach is closer to that of a Southwest Florida real estate consultant than a traditional salesperson. The goal is not simply to complete a transaction, but to help clients reach closing feeling informed, supported, and confident about the choices they made.
Outside Real Estate
Southwest Florida became home for Jeannette after she moved from New York City to be closer to her father and establish a life and family of her own. That personal connection to the area gives her work here meaning beyond the transaction itself.
Before entering real estate, Jeannette earned a master’s degree in teaching. The patience, communication skills, and ability to break complicated information into understandable steps continue to influence the way she works with people today.
Outside of business, Jeannette values genuine relationships and thoughtful conversations. Those values carry naturally into her professional life, where understanding what matters to the person behind the transaction is always an important part of the process.
